Theodosia and the Staff of Osiris IS available on Kindle. I’m not sure if the third book will be as well. Book One, so far, is not.

The second book should be available in most bookstores. B&N was carrying it, and many independent bookstores. You can also check with online booksellers like Powells, Amazon, or B&N.com.
